A pretty girl called Miss No is ready to assist you in all kinds of outdoor activities! With the help of Miss No, you and your beloved family members will be never lost. Miss No provides much more than any map system and other navigation tools. She can assist you in trip navigating, route recording, region tracking, place management, social networking and event keeping.

The application consists of 5 tabs. The first tab is a map system. If you touch a point for 1 second, the address for the location will be queried and displayed. If the touch is over 10 seconds, the location is picked as a place, so that you can manage it with Place Manager (the 4-th tab). With Anchor button on bottom, you can pick the central point of map as a place. With Place button, you can search for any place in the world. The search option includes importing address from the contacts and picking location from My Places. When configured, you can find a Red-Cross button with which the emergency message can be sent instantly.

The second tab is a navigation system. The central point of map is the actual location of iPhone. The history of the trip is stored in database and the trace is shown in the map. In the map of the first tab, the central point becomes highlighted when you touch it and normal when touching again. If it is highlighted, the navigation system will consider the point as the destination of your trip. The second way to assign the destination is from Place Manager (the 4-th tab). When you select a place and press Go button, the place is picked as destination and the navigation starts. You can attach a previously recorded route as guidance for the trip. If you press Info button on bottom, you can review the detailed information about the trip and decide whether to save the path for sharing and future use.

The third tab is the Configuration Tool, which allow you to configure three services: navigating, recording and tracking service. With navigating service, you need to select a pre-recorded route and one or more contacts. The contact persons receive alarm when the iPhone holder walks away from the road for the specified distance. The recording service allows you to record the movement of iPhone in the scheduled period and to email the recording to a wish list. To make the tracking service work, you need to setup regions of dangers and the contacts. We distinguish three levels of alerts: remind, warn and alarm and two types of regions. Enter region means that alert is sent when the person enters the region. With the Leave region, the contact persons get alarmed if iPhone leaves the region. A drawing tool can help you easily assign a region of shape rectangle, ellipse or polygon. You can choose contact from 4 communications: local notification, text message, email or phone. You can define how to repeat the alarm when the danger continues. You have three options for these services: Wake, Sleep or Off. With Wake option, the application requests continuous location update. This option can exhaust the battery. With Sleep option, the service is activated when there is a significant change of location and the service goes to sleep again if there is no danger situation.

The fourth tab is Place Manager. My Places are grouped with categories. You can pick a place from the map or import from the contacts. For each place you can take a photo with the integrated camera. You can associate a place with a time event, such as an appointment, a meeting and a parking car. When the time is due, there will be a local notification as reminder. The reminder can also be sent to your friends if configured. You can conveniently share the places with other people.

The fifth tab is the Route Manager, where you can keep a list of My Routes recorded by you or received from your friends. There is a Route Player which allows you to replay a recording and analyze the trace point by point. You can share a route with your friends by emailing them a good readable XML file.
